Gurnos Farm Stud is located on the very edge the famous Brecon Beacons.
This picturesque environment provides the perfect habitat for Welsh Cobs and Welsh Mountain Ponies to develop and reach their full potential as performance ponies, show ponies or just the good old fasioned type of breeding stock.
So many studs claim to breed for Performance, but few of these studs actually get their ponies out to prove this claim. Here at Gurnos we like to ‘do’ thing with our ponies. Many of our ponies have excelled in a variety of disciplines ranging from carriage driving to cross country. All our ponies are home produced and taught their chosen discipline by ourselves here at the farm.
